My Grandpa

Do you have someone that is very important to you? My grandpa is very important to me. My grandpa is the coolest grandpa ever, and that is tough to say because most grandpas are not.

My grandpa is skillful because he carves things out of wood. My grandpa has carved many things out of wood. He once carved an interlinking chain out of a two by four piece of wood. He can look at a picture of something and carve it out of wood. My grandpa made me a walking stick with a snake carved into it. My grandpa is very tall.

My grandpa is the funniest person I know. He is always playing pranks on people. When my grandpa was younger, he use to put stink bombs in the men’s bathrooms at work when the guys were in there. My grandpa was always playing jokes at the airport where he use to work as a ramp service person. My grandpa always likes to tell jokes to his family and friends.

My grandpa is a very friendly person. Wherever he goes, he can always find someone to talk to. When I was in Cub Scouts, he helped out my troop 1831, which was the name of my troop, all the time. He came to one of our meetings and gave a demonstration on woodcarving. He has also attended the pack meetings, and helped with activities, such as the setting up a bridge that he built for cross over ceremonies, and he helped with the pinewood derby car races.

My grandpa is important to me because when I want to know something, he always can find the answers. Another reason he is important to me is because on special occasions he will take me to the movies and this is our quality time together. He has also taught me how to make things from wood.

My grandpa is very special to me because he is funny, kind, talented, and a joker to all.

All About Me

Things I do every day are skateboarding, videogames, and drawing. I like skateboarding because it is fun, challenging, and I can learn new tricks every day.

I play video games because if I am board they give me something to do.

I draw things that I’m interested in, like imaginary creatures such as dragons.

These are the things I do every day, skateboarding, playing video games, and drawing. My high points and low points are friends spending the night, catching the flu, and breaking my arm. One of my high points is having friends spend the night because we can stay up late and play video games. One of my low points is catching the flu because I had to stay inside all day and could not play with my friends. My other low point is when I broke my arm because it hurt and I had to wear a cast. These are some of the high points and low points, friends spending the night, catching the flu and breaking my arm.

Some of my dreams and goals are becoming a scientist, becoming a pro skateboarder, and making the honor roll. I want to become a scientist because I can discover certain cures for diseases. As a scientist I would get to do many different experiments. I want to become a pro skateboarder because they can make a lot of money and I can have kids idealize me. If I become a pro skateboarder I can also be on TV.I would like to make the honor roll because I want to make my parents proud of me. Making the honor roll also looks good on my record for being able to attend college. These are some of my dreams and goals, becoming a scientist, becoming a pro skateboarder, and making the honor roll.
