All About Me

Cheer, T.V., Piano, Reading, Soccer, and Church. This is a list of activities that I do practically every day. These items keep my day exciting with no room for boredom. I have cheer every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I play soccer every spring and have church every Sunday and Tuesday. I have piano every Thursday. All the rest of the activities I do to have fun with my friends, family, or alone.

My first soccer goal sent me into the air. Joy and excitement whirred all around me. My fellow teammates celebrated with me. It was my first year of soccer at the age of ten. I never would have thought that it would happen, but it did. I was living in Los Angeles, CA. It was a great day.

When I moved from my home of seven years in L.A., I thought I would never make friends, and I didn’t want to! I didn’t want to move on. L.A. was the home that I had always remembered. Leaving was one if the most complex things I have ever done in my life.

Though I was sure that I would never make friends, I did! When I first moved here making friends was a really hard task for me. Everyone in L.A. was in his or her own modest world full of family and friends. When I came to V.A. people went out of their way to meet me. It was a warming feeling to know that some actually noticed me.

One of my dreams is to become an actress, but the dream that I favor most is my dream of becoming a model. I have always fantasized about it, and because of knowing “important people” in L.A., it may come true one day. One of my goals this year is to get all “A’s” all yearlong.
