Character Sketch My Mom If I ever lost my mom, life would be devastating. I care about her so much, I don’t know what I would do without her. As much as she screams and yells at us she still cares. She is always making us laugh hysterically and telling funny jokes. When I am sad, she always cheers me up with a hug and a cookie. She is like every other mom but in a unique way. She tells us to eat our vegetables, go to sleep on time, and do not watch too many cartoons. She is a one of a kind mom ,and nobody can ever take her place. Behind my mom’s brown hair and green eyes, she is the bravest person I know. A couple years ago my mom got to ride in a Nascar at one hundred ninety miles per hour. It was at Charlotte Speed Way in North Carolina. Her car number twenty-four raced car number eighty-three around the track three laps. She said she was scared to death but thrilled at the same time. She got to climb through the window and see the inside of the car. When the ride was over, she got out, and her legs were shaking like crazy. At the end she said that it was a lifetime experience. My mom is the most comical person anyone could ever meet. One time, I was really gloomy, and she told me the funniest thing. I laughed so hard that I could not even breathe. When I am mad at her, she always makes this funny face, and we both laugh. She plays hide and seek with us, and we go running through the house jumping on the beds. When she catches us, we laugh hysterically, and then tears fall from our eyes. My mom is the most caring person I know. She cares about the family, her friends, her children, and her dog. Not only does she care about those things, she also cares about the environment, our education, our health, our future, and under privileged people. She helps the homeless, contributes to our church, helps raise money to those in need, and helps with everyday life. She is very caring when we are sick, troubled, or just need someone to talk to. I can not begin to count all the wonderful and caring things my mom does for us and everybody else. My mom is very special to me because she never gives up on me and is always there when I need her the most. When I have a problem I can always count on her. When I feel sad, she comforts me. She tries her best to make us happy, and to me that is all that counts. My mom is very special in many ways. All About Me There are many things that I do everyday. They include talking with friends at home or at school, drawing often with crayons or pencils, cooking for fun with many recipes, and writing stories for fun. I also do homework everyday, and watch T.V. I have very many high and low points in my life. My high points are getting a cell phone for my thirteenth birthday, getting a dog and cat, going to school, and getting to go to Australia with my family when I was in Kindergarten. I have also won the sixth grade science fair in the category of Botany and was able to go to nationals. I was also born with a brown spot in my left eye. I have very many low points too. They include having divorced parents and living in separate houses each weekend, losing a best friend because she moved, and having two molars pulled. When going to nationals, I lost the science fair, I had my kitten given away and having my brother in the hospital for his tonsils. I have very many dreams and goals. My dreams are to become a Chef, a Coffee Meister, a teacher, or being an employee at Petco. I hope to win the lottery someday and become rich. My goals for this year are to get all “A’s”, not getting a single detention, and get out of the house more. ![]() Page 1: Fall Page 2: Winter Page 3: Research Paper Page 4: Spring Page 5: End-Of-Year Reflections | |
