Mom

Did you ever have a person so special to you and has been there since birth? A mother has been there for you through all your problems and through thick and thin. She will always be someone there for you and for me its always been my mom. My mom has been there for me from my first day of school and my graduation in fifth grade. She will never leave me behind.

My mom is a very pushy kind of person. For someone so short, five foot to be exact, she makes people do whatever she wants. I like to buy my jeans as hip-huggers. The style for boys is low and baggy. One day, my mom pulled my brother’s pants down and said, “Now, you either go to school like that, or you pull your pants up!” My brother decided to pull them to the limit and walked outside like that. He pulled them down the minute he got outside. Then it was my turn. She made me pull up my pants to my belly-button. When I walked out, I pulled them down quickly it really hurt. She told me that was the “style” back then. I hate it!

My mom is very self-conscientious. That is why she loves to shop. She likes to go out and buy “hip” clothes. One day, we spent the whole day at the mall. We spent hours in each store just looking at clothes. One outfit for me and two for her. Whenever she would buy shoes I would get a new pair too. All we would say was, “ Oh, this is cute,” or “This would look great on so and so!” We would try it on in the dressing room and she would say, “It looks great!” When we would get home my mom would try it on again and say, “It looks awful!” Its just another reason to go shopping again!

My mom is very lazy. One day, my mom and I spent the whole day in bed. We were not sick though. We were just lying on her bed. We never moved and kept fighting with each other because we got hungry and we did not want to move from the bed. For example, right now she is snoring. Pretty soon she is going to have me go downstairs and get her a pitcher full of water, turn off the heat and turn off the lights. I thought I was lazy!

My mom is special to me because she is my mom. Mom’s come in all different shapes and sizes, but you always have on no matter what. You cannot buy one, they just come to you naturally.

All about me

Things I do almost everyday are go to school, watch T.V., talk on the phone and take a nap. I enjoy school, but I just don’t enjoy getting up in the morning. I’m fighting with my mom for ten more minutes. When I get home, I get on the phone immediately. I’m usually calling my friends. We don’t stay on for more than half an hour. Later I’m not worried about calling them. After that, I watch T.V. on my couch, and right when it gets to the good part, I’m fast asleep. The moment I smell food I’m up and running. I put off my homework until seven o’ clock.

There have been many high points and low points in my life. My high points might sound a little corny, but they made me very happy. This might sound a little unusual, but I have never seen my brother dance. About a month ago was the first time I ever saw him dance. The second thing is weird. I had been there for the birth of my youngest godsister. Words were said and we stopped talking. So after years I saw her once again. She’s adorable. Everyone’s happy with a birthday party, but my twelth party was the best I ever had. Not many people know this but I’m obsessed with Hello Kitty. It was a Hello Kitty themed party. I do not like the low points, but I will tell you. My first day of middle school was horrible. I was so nervous I almost threw up on my friend. The day just before New Years for 2003, I found out my dad had cancer. In July 2004, my mom had told me that she had osteoporosis.

There are a lot of people that agree and disagree with my dreams and goals. My mom makes fun of me when I tell her one of my dreams. Everyone has or at one time had Converse All Stars. My dream is to buy all the colors. That way I will always match. Of course, everyone wants to pass the seventh grade and graduate high school. I have seen my three older siblings and maybe they might be watching me receive my diploma.
