Fall
Ashley Bushman Final Draft She walked into the classroom on the first day of school with her long, dirty blond hair, and a big smile on her face. She glanced at me and our brown eyes met for the first time, but only for a second. There she was, my future best friend, Ashley Bushman. Ashley and I only became friends because I made a complete fool of myself that day. I stood up to introduce myself, and when I was ready to sit down I found that my chair was not there and I fell straight down on my rear! Immediately everyone (including Ashley and myself) started to laugh nonstop. After that, we have been good friends ever since. One day when Ashley was staying over my house, we were bored and decided to test our culinary skills. Little did I know that it would turn out to be a big disaster. We followed the recipe very accurately and put the cupcakes in the oven to bake. When they were finished we cooled them off only to find that we forgot to put the paper on underneath of them! Ashley came up with a not-so-billiant idea to spay pam on the cupcakes so that it would run down to the bottom of the cupcake. Then the cupcake would not stick to the pan anymore. When we tried that, we sprayed a little too much pam and got them too soaked to eat! It was messy and wild but we thoroughly laughed about it afterward. Ashley Bushman and I have stayed friends for about three years now. I think that the reason we stayed friends for so long is because we relate to each other in so many ways, like on a personal level and behavior level. In fact, we are such good friends that if someone tried to through paint on her, then I would jump in front of her to got the paint on me instead of her. Ashley Bushman, is not only a best friend to me, she is a sister. DMD Writing Prompt Change can be positive, as shows Hoke and Daisy. Daisy and Hoke change for the better throughout time, and the story. At the beginning Hoke is a very nice, quiet, and always-keep-my-feelings-inside, kind of person. While Daisy starts out in the beginning as an I-am-always-right, and a, who-cares-about-my-maid-and-chuffer kind of person. All of this changes during the story. After going through the booming and Idella dying they became more sensitive towards each other. Hoke first shows signs of toughing up by snapping at Daisy because she does not want to stop and let him, "make water." Daisy's fist sign of being more sensitive is when she starts tearing after Hoke told her about his friend's father being lynched. At the end of the story they become very good friends. ![]() Fall Winter Research Paper: Spring Poetry: Spring Year-End Reflections and Comments: Spring | |
