John leabhart 2/20/04 final draft Dear MPOA, Have you ever had a mean neighbor? My neighbor happens to be very mean and grouchy. She bothers many other and me kids when she is in a mood. She sits on her front porch and gives you an ugly look when you walk by. If you step in her yard, prepare for a big argument. My neighbor is very old. She has gray hair that curls down to her shoulders and big wrinkles on her face. She is white and lives in a big house by herself. She weighs about 100 pounds, she is about 85 years old, and she is about 5-3. She limps when she when she walks and uses a cane. My neighbor hates kids, especially me. If any kid lays a foot in her yard, she will burst out of her front with anger and fury. She could yell at any kid for a year without stopping to think about what to say. If a parent were to step in her yard she would greet them and try to become friends with them. If a dog goes to the bathroom in her yard she would not care. My 5-3 neighbor is an old stubborn grinch. She has a problem with calling the cops. The only reason she is nice to parents is because she does not like to argue with people taller than her. She yelled at a three-year-old boy for falling in her yard, while walking on a curb. She is grouchy, independent, and mean, she has every characteristic of a grinch. I think my neighbor should be forced to move. She can't make friends with anyone, and all she does is cause chaos on my court. The cops always pull up to her house, because some kid steps in her yard, there would be no problems if she was forced to move. Sisterly John leabhart
