Fantasy Room

What if you could make the room of your dreams without any limitations? Well that's exactly what I did, and this is my room. As you open the door of my room you will notice the color of my walls. They are Carolina blue with navy waves in them. In some areas they are covered with photos and in others places it is blank.

If you saw my room from an aerial view then you would notice that my room is a trapezoid. The room is quite big which makes for good parties. It is the perfect party environment. Even those who didn't have dates can have almost as much fun with all the things in my room. The lights in my room change color. The floor is different depending on where you are. Mostly the carpet is white. The floor feels like a nice soft cuddly teddy bear. In some areas it is a pleasant, gorgeous marble.

Once you're in the door, on your right you will see a movie screen sized plasma TV. Right in front of it is a nice, comfy sofa. If you keep walking to the right, you will see an entertainment center. It has a fifty- four-inch TV in it. The TV has a VCR, DVD player, Xbox, PS2, and a Gamecube connected to it. In front of it are an ottoman and a couch.

If you walk straight forward (away from the entertainment center), you will run into my bed. It is a king size, and has shawls on it. The bed is white, and has a waterbed on the left, and an airbed on the right. Right beside is a slushy machine, ice cream maker, and an easy bake oven. In the top right corner of my room is my chest and nightstand with a telephone on it. To the left of those items is my dresser. All of this furniture is cherry wood. At my desk, I have a plush chair. On the left of that are huge eight-foot tall speakers on both sides of the stereo system. It is a surround sound system.

Now we go to the diagonal wall, which is on the left of my room. The first thing you see on the wall is a basketball court. It has two goals, a scoreboard with everything on it, also a robotic referee. You will see the door of my bathroom on the left of the basketball court. In the bathroom is a Jacuzzi tub, a regular whirlpool tub that you take a bath in, and the normal stuff. A walk-in closet is on the right of my bathroom. In the closet you will see that there are four double-sided racks. If you will please walk out of the closet then you will see my virtual reality room. This room was added so that anything I didn't have in the room I can experience or have. There is a virtual reality suit beside the door. It is black and covers your whole body. Most of the time I join my favorite shows.

Now direct you attention to the middle of the room. In the middle left of my room is a pool. It is ten feet at deepest with a slide and diving board. The floor around it is marble so that if any water happens to get outside of the pool then it won't mildew my floor. In the left middle are my gaming tables. There is the pool table, air hockey, and ping-pong in that area.

I enjoy my room because it has lots of fun things to do. If I'm the only person in my room there an abundance of things to do. Basketball is my favorite sport so naturally I had to put a b-ball court in my room. Then I put in a big screen plasma TV. I made it so big so that I could see it from anywhere in my room. I had to put in a computer in my room for fun and homework purposes. Then I put in a slushy machine, ice cream maker, and an easy bake oven just in case I need a snack. I put in a stereo system so I can listen to music. I like music. Of course, I had to have video games. I got a Jacuzzi for relaxation purposes. The game tables were added for multi- person fun. I put in the virtual reality room for reasons you already read. Now you've had a look at my dream room. You now have a pretty good idea of your dream room. I want to see your dream room.

All About Me

My number one goal for this school year is to get on the baseball, basketball and football teams. The earlier I get a start in playing the better. If I do that hopefully I can get a sports scholarship. Another reason to make the team sports is just to get better and have fun. One of my dreams for my future is to go to space. I want to be in the history books for being the first person on Mars or something like that. I think it would be fun to be floating and help humans out with there research. Also that is a dream because I want to be remembered for something spectacular. Another dream of mine is to be a professional athlete. I think it would be great to be a professional athlete because I would be making money for doing something that I love and have fun doing. Also I would like to be a famous musician or singer. If I set my mind to doing it and with my mom's help I can be the next American Idol or John Sebastian Bach. The dream I am going to work the hardest on accomplishing is becoming an engineer or scientist. A very general dream of mine is to be a famous person.

The highest point in my life was becoming a Christian. Another high point of my life was when I raised Deshawn, my dog. Deshawn is a German shepherd, Labrador, and Rock Wilier. He was very friendly and sometimes too friendly. Deshawn would walk up to a stranger, whom was passing by, and act like he knew them. Another high point in my life is when my school team got third place in a spelling and math competition. This was very rewarding because we were fifth graders competing mostly with seventh and eighth graders. My mom got me in these teams when I was in 4th grade. Some people on my team were in 3rd grade. The first time in 3rd grade I tried to get in I was cut from the team because I wasn't up to standard. Some more of my high points were when my team and me won sport championships. For example in the 4th grade my team won the Indy (Indiana) Metro Conference League championship in the 2000-2001 season. In that league we traveled around Indiana. We had games where we had to drive on roads that went in between farms and we could see the cornfields. The lowest point in my life was when I had to give up Deshawn because the apartment complex we were moving to didn't let residents keep big pets.

Some of the things I do everyday are read, play sports, schoolwork, and watch television. Also I do my daily essentials like breath, eat and sleep etc. I read my bible everyday, exercise, and talk with my friends.

Alice Rice (My Mom)

You know how normally parents are embarrassing and annoying, well I happen to get an abnormal one. Instead of being embarrassing she is cool. My mom is my height and acts like it. All of my friends no matter where we are they say they wish they had a mom like mine. (For example when we go to the mall or the movies). She gives me my space by being apart from me. She would sit in a different row if we happen to be at the Movie Theater. She knows what its likes to be embarrassed by your parents but it wouldn't matter if she did sit by something or me because she is cool.

From the twelve years I have known my mom she has always been nice. If a friend or relative needs help she would give it to them. No matter what it is as long as it is legal. Most of the time they wouldn't have to pay the money back, if it was money. My mom gives whatever I want but on her own time. If we ever see anyone with a broken car we pull over and try to help them. If we were in a rush then we go on about our business.

My mom is very involved in my schoolwork. She always checks my homework. Also she helps me with my papers and anything else she can find. Some weekends I have to write papers to improve my handwriting and paper writing skills. In the summer I get work from my mom so I don't forget anything over the summer. I can't get a "C" on my report card or on interim or else. The else would be loss of privileges and extra work. I get money for my grades. For every "A" I get $10 and for every B I get $5.

My mom is a great parent. She raised me well and gave me a good amount of things I wanted but as so as I did something wrong she cut me off. She is generous and gave to others without wanting anything in return. Also she raised me to reading the bible and being a good Christian. These are some of the long list of reasons I think my mom is so special and important.
