Fantasy Room

Its been said that our rooms reflect who we are. Well, how do you want your room then? What do you want people to think of you? How would you make your fantasy room? Well, let me tell you about mine.

When you first walk into my room you will feel the grass tickling your toes. All around you seems shaded, maybe under a tree. As you look up you will see that it is more like under a flower. Yes, you are now like the size of a bug.

As you look around you will realize that you have come from the bottom right hand corner of the room. Straight ahead, on the right wall, is a huge ant! Actually, it is a refrigerator! Go ahead; pull one of the legs, and grab refreshment.

To your left, a bit, is a huge flower, about the size of a table. Back along the wall is a huge, green fuzzy caterpillar! Go ahead and take a seat, seeing as how it is actually a couch. Ahead of you, against the wall, is a huge ladybug, though by now huge bugs are a bit normal. If you move its wings you will see that it is covering a large television. The black dots on the ladybug are speakers, and if you really want to know, the stereo is disguised and attached to the inside of the wings.

Adjacent to the front wall is almost nothing, but as you walk along you will see that there are lots of green stems. Yes, stems that goes from floor to ceiling, attaching themselves to massive flowers that you can only see the bottom of from your mark in my room. Each stem seems to have a slightly dissimilar height and shape.

As you reach the end of the corner of the walls, you notice a larger leaf than all the others. As you look closer you will see that is actually a bed. My bed. Along the left wall is a ladybug, a huge ladybug, of course. It, as you probably know, is not just a ladybug, but also a chair. You can pull the wings up and two lights on the inside of the wings will turn on. There is a well-cushioned chair. You can take a seat if you want. It is perfect for reading.

The rest of the wall is empty, and the next wall is all a huge closet, with the door at the end. But, there is more. In the middle of our strange room is a rather large fountain. It is six feet tall, and, on the second level in the middle, is a fairy. All around the perimeter of the fountain is a couch where you can sit and listen to the placid splashes of water drops.

I enjoy being in this room because I like the outdoors. I like to read, I like fountains, and I like bugs. I love to just relax and listen to the world around me. This room has been premeditated to do just that: To allow me to relax in a simulation of the little world. The refrigerator is for all of my little snacks I like to eat all the time. The sofas allow me to rest peacefully; the television allows me to forget stuff for a little while when there is too much on my mind. My bed and chair allow me to be cozy as need to, and the fountain allows me to enjoy the sound of water-something I love to hear. This room allows me to be me, and do what I want.

All About Me

My goal for this year is to make straight "As" on my report card. That is just for this year. My true , my over all, my number one dream is to become a rocket engineer. By making straight "A"s will help me live up to my dream. Another goal of mine, that will help me reach my dream, is to live to 18. See, I feel that it is vital that I achieve that in order to become a rocket engineer. I also want to go to London, but that really has nothing to do with my ultimate dream, it is just " another cloud in the sky." But, you have to admit, London would be pretty cool.

Another thing about me is when I am sad and happy. I call these my high and low points. ( High points are happy, and low points are sad.) A high point in my life would be when I made my first friend, Katie. Unfortunately, the next day I had a horrible dream, and I refused to come out of the comfort I my bed, so we didn't get to see each other that day. Another high point in my life was when I went to elementary school, for the first time. Well, it was high before I got to know my teachers. They were so strict (not that I ever got into trouble) that when I got home I started to cry because I was afraid. I was really excited to go to middle school, too. But, yet again, I began to hate it, but this time it was because of the moody and timid students, they scare me. Well, it is really amazing how every time something really good happens, something really bad happens. Oh well, that is life I suppose.

Now there are some things in my life I do a lot. (Like going to school, girl scouts, and such. I, of course, love to do these things. Well, maybe not school as much as everything else, but I feel I need education!) I especially like to read and write poetry, everyday. I like free verse poetry best; it allows more room to write exactly how you feel. I also like to role play, everyday, everywhere. (Online, in the back yard, where ever!) As not many know, I play baseball a lot. Well, as you can see, I love to do these things so much I do these almost everyday!
