Webfolio 1-Fall

Fantasy room. Snore,Snore,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I was asleep one ordinary night, and the dream I dreamt was magnificent. I flop onto a soft pink, Cloud like rug; I do not get hurt because the softness of the rug catches my fall. When I finally get to my feet, there is a river running down the middle of this weird room (I later find out is my room, but any way.) There is a brick bridge over the river that leads to my bed. My bed is king sized, and it has gold steps to get on to it. I have princess like drapes over my bed that is pure sheer. To the left of the bed are white drawers, vanity mirror, and desks. To the right of the bed is a walk in pink- dog house that has, SHANDY, written in capital letters, in gold. I looked up and saw an aquarium on the ceiling, with thousands of fish. I must be dead, I thought to my self; not knowing that I was in a deep sleep. The door opens and my mom comes in wearing a $1,000.00, dollar nightgown. (I could tell because she still had the price tag on it.) She stares at me,smiles, and then leaves the room. There is a flat screen television connected to the wall in front of my bed. Then I wake up. I am in my ordinary room, with my ordinary bed, and every thing. Then I say to myself, what a wonderful dream! The Reason I chose My Fantasy room, was because I think I did a good job on it.

All About Me- final draft

My life is a big puzzle. It consists of my goals, high points, and of course my low points in life. I never really thought of my goals before I got into the sixth grade, but now since I am in the seventh grade I put some together. One of my goals is to get past the seventh grade with flying colors. To at least get an A,B severage. I want to in other words survive. My second goal is to do all my chores at home, so my mom won't have to yell at me when she gets home from work. I want to earn from this to buy my family some nice things on holidays. Moving on to another topic, which are my high points. One of my high points was getting my beautiful puppy, Shandy- short for Shandra, Gabriela, Rahatt. She is my pride and joy. I got her in August. Another high point is getting A's. I want to get A's in all my classes and on my report cards; and making my parents proud by doing responsible things is another high point.

Ever since I've gotten in the seventh grade, I have had some low points also. I have fallen in the hallway, left some of my materials in my locker and at home, I forgot my home work, didn't do some of my home work, and made the track team, but now I have to quit, because of my allergies.I hate it when your about to turn in your home work in, but some how it's been misplaced and you can't find it. Another low point is when I make bad grades and my Teacher e-mails my parents telling them my grade. Getting a detention is another low point although I have never had one before. Now since you have read my story you probably understood what I meant when I said, my life is a puzzle. When you put the high points, low points, and goals together, you get me. I chose this because it is all about me.

Woman can stay just as calm as men. For a long time woman have been thought of sissy's, and screaming headaches, but thats not true. woman have saved people out of burning buildings, rescued viscious dogs, that even some men would be afraid of. The lady in the story did not scream when the cobra crawled over her foot. For all we know the american could have not seen the snake, and let it crawl under the table; and when colonel finds out it's under thier, he might scream. When you think about it colonel is saying all girls scream when only 20% of us do on a worse case scenario. Men scream, boys scream, people scream; but why is he saying only girls do. That is very sexist-discriminating based on persons ginder. So please understand stand when i say WOMAN DON'T SCREAM AT EVERY THING! Thank you for your time. Rahatt. I chose this because i was one of many who won the arguement.
